For Tappora Platform Users

Tappora is a digital platform providing instant access to digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital content and online services, all sales made directly by Tappora are considered final and non-refundable once access is granted or the product has been delivered.

No Cancellation:

Orders for digital products or services delivered by Tappora cannot be cancelled once processed and access is provided.

No Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for digital products or services, including subscriptions, downloads, or account credits, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error caused by Tappora.

Technical Issues:

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us at support@tappora.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, if the issue is caused by Tappora and cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

Subscription Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any remaining period of your subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

For Purchases from Third-Party Sellers on Tappora

If you purchase a product (digital or physical) from an independent seller using the Tappora platform:

  • Cancellation and refund policies for such purchases are determined by the individual seller.
  • Please review the seller's own Cancellation & Refund Policy on their storefront or contact the seller directly for assistance.
  • Tappora does not process refunds or cancellations on behalf of third-party sellers.
